I ran a 3 km run just to try out the new running watch I got, and then I did 45 min weights from the booklet I got from out strength and conditioning coach. Felt good both the little run and the weights and when I got home my mum was preparing dinner. The dinner was really good, she made a new recipe that I haven’t tasted before. It was chicken and sun dried tomatoes in a sauce and zucchini pasta and with a lot of veggies too of course. Took some pictures of the food with my iPhone, they don’t look very good but I promise the food tasted great!
