Morning Gym

The morning gym workout today consisted off:

15 min biking for warm up and then a circuit off:

12 Kettlebell -straigth forward

12 Kettlebell – side to side

12 Jumping Lunges

20 V-ups

30 min Wall Sit

x6

and then I did the Elliptical for 30 min and some basic core exercises afterwards + a long good stretch.
