Mums homemade Müsli

My mum made her homemade müsli today, which is like granola but super healthy. And I probably eat this müsli every day, I am addicted…

Here is her “secret” recipe (but you can take those seeds/nuts you like) :

2 dl steel cut oats

2 dl pumpkin-seeds

2 dl sunflower-seeds

1 dl coconut flakes

1 dl flax-seeds

0.5 dl psyllium-seeds

1 dl sesame-seeds

1 dl hazelnuts, chopped

1 dl walnuts, chopped

1 dl cashew nuts, chopped

1 dl almonds, chopped

2 msk honey (or more if you’d like)

2 msk water

2 msk rape-seeds-oil

Mix everything and put it on a baking sheet on a baking tray in about 20-25 minutes in 200 C in the oven. Let it cool down and then it’s ready! (I hope this translation is okay and that you’ll understand or know how to translate Swedish measurements).
