Tennis + Running

Had an great morning with one hour tennis with my dad and then afterwards a 5.5km “feeling good”-run. I ran the first lap very slow but then a little faster the second lap. The lunch afterward was salad based on black lentils and many different kinds of veggies, eggs and shrimp, but I ate left over chicken from yesterday as well.
