Breakfast: Oatmeal with raspberries, blueberries, wild-berries, banana, cinnamon, pumpkin-seeds, flax-seeds and soya milk light. And yes I ate two bowls of this size..

Lunch: Veggie Wok Mix (broccoli, carrots, white cabbage) with sesame-seeds and soy souce. And to that two eggs with black-and chili-pepper, one pear, half a avocado and some cottage cheese.
Good lunch to prepare for some cardio at the gym this afternoon before picking up Erika at the train station!
