Erika finally arrived yesterday after a 1.5 h delay. We drove home to me right away and had dinner. Zucchini pasta with a sauce made with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic, cream and black pepper. And to that a fresh salad. It’s one of my favorite dishes! After that we went for a little walk before bedtime.
