Intervals

The afternoon workout ended up being outdoors intervals. Erika and I did 200m intervals 12 times. It ended up being around 5 km. And after that we did a short circuit of:

1 minute mountain climbers

1 minute Russian Twist

1 minute Lunges

x2.

Was a good workout!

We didn’t want to take a picture of our sweaty faces so took a picture of our sweaty feet instead haha.
