We made an omelet in the oven, it was super easy:
Ingredients for 2-3 portions :
2 Chickens filets
1.5 dl Milk
Spices after taste, we had curry and black pepper.
Put the chicken in a pan and let it get some color before adding the onion and the broccoli for a little and put your spices on. Then put the chicken, broccoli, onion and pepper in a fitting sized ovenware and pour mixed eggs and milk over. Put in the oven on 200 C until the eggs and milk mix gets more “compact”, about 15-20 minutes.
And we served it together with the rest of the pepper and half an avocado each.
