Trying to find my motivation for today! I just took a 30 minutes nap and drank a cup of coffee so now I got energy and just need to get motivated. I was thinking doing a easier workout with just 30 min biking and a long stretch before lunch and then after I am MAYBE going to play tennis at 2.30 pm, right now I feel like that’s a “no”, but we will see. And then tonight at 6pm I am most likely going to a spinning class. I Love spinning!
