Pre-Spinning Snack

Going to leave for the spinning workout soon, spinning is one of the best workouts I know! I always get really sweaty, tired and it feels great afterwards. This spinning is called “Spinning HIT”, which is the toughest spinning class at this gym, and for me also the best one. Now I’m going to drink coffee with soy milk and eat an apple with cottage cheese on, perfect snack!
