Even though I did not feel well yesterday and I still have a little headache it felt better than normally to run and workout this morning! I didn’t plan to workout at all, maybe that’s why it felt so good afterwards. I ran 5 km in 22.39 I think it was, so was a good pace and then I did this workout I found on Pinterest.com:
I did this workout twice after my run with rest in between and it took me like 15-18 minutes something like that. (The burpees are always the toughest for me! And I did the second part of the push-ups on my knees instead so be careful with my shoulder/arm).
