Great Workout!

Had a great cardio workout at the gym! I did 60 minutes on the Elliptical on one higher level then normally so felt good even if I don’t get my heart rate up much on that. After that I did 12 intervals on the treadmill run 30 seconds rest 30 seconds with the incline on 2.0 or 3.0 and the speed somewhere in between 15 and 16.2. After that I did some sit-ups and it felt great!
