Spinning, Check!

Had a great spinning workout! I love spinning because I always get super sweaty and I really feel like I did a great workout afterwards! It was good music and the instructor is really good! What we did was about 50 minutes of spinning and then 10 minutes stretch after. The best with spinning is that everyone can go in their own pace, everyone can do spinning! 🙂
