Biked for 45 minutes today and then I did these two workouts from Pinterest.com (but only once each):
It was raining a little while I did these exercises outside so I was pretty wet when I was done, and I saw that we got plums on our plum-tree so I grabbed some as an post-workout snack hehe. Thumbs up!
