Tennis + Gym + Lunch

The tennis practice today did not go great because I felt my shoulder a little again.. feels almost like it’s going backwards now again… not fun. So I only played for about 45 minutes and then I did some light weights for half an hour instead. Now I just had lunch, my mums salmon- and shrimp- pasta sauce. But instead of pasta of course zucchini, and a salad made of roasted pine-nuts, carrots and apple. Tasted really good!!
