Tennis

After an other omelet lunch I’m going to play tennis soon! If my shoulder is okay I’m going to play 1.5h tennis and then do my weight program after (which takes about 45 minutes). I also did a Green Drink to lunch, and it actually tasted good for the first time! I had: half a banana, half a avocado, ginger, spinach, half a lime & spirulina powder.
