Intervals, Check!

Did some intervals this morning! First I started with running 3.5km as a warm up and then I did 200m intervals 10 times. And then maybe 0.5km cool down jog. In total I ran about 8km I think. I stopped my watch when I finished the intervals though. But felt good to finally do some intervals again! It’s very tough mentally for me to go out and to intervals by myself, but even if I only did 10 this time I’m happy! 🙂
