Workout!

Today’s conditioning was not too bad. I started with 7 minutes jogging on the treadmill and then some arm, legs, abs and treadmills intervals.

#1 ARMS: 5 tricep pushes with sandbag, 6 military press with sandbag, 10 kneeling medicine ball throws to partner.

#2 TREADMILL: sprints, 20 on 20 rest. Incline 12 and speed 7.5-8.

#3 LEGS (all with sandbag): 5 Squat Jumps, 10 quick calf raises, 10 step-ups on block.

X3

#4 ABS: 30 X 7 different abs exercises.

and then I did 10 minutes cool down on the elliptical.
