Just Do It!

Even though I’m not feeling a 100% better I went to the gym for a little because I can’t just sit inside my room on my ass two days in a row.. And now I actually feel better! I just made a quick strength workout, it took probably 30 min.First I biked for 10 minutes and then I did the exercises on the picture in a circle, 4 rounds total. I found this workout in a fitness magazine I brought from home. If you want explanations of the exercises it’s just to comment and I’ll explain or send you better photos 🙂
