Yesterday’s

Yesterday’s conditioning was according to me fun! We started off in the tennis courts with some different short sprints, which is what I need to work on a lot for my tennis! Then we did some different circuits:
#1 legs: 10 squats with calf raises with sandbag, 15 seconds on the treadmill with 15 incline and 9 speed, 15 seconds wall sit. X3 and then a longer rest and then X3 again.
#2 arms: 10 medicine ball chest pass to partner, 10 med ball floor toss and then 12 tricep press with sandbag. X4
#3 abs: 30×8 different abs exercises.
