Curry chicken

Made curry chicken with potatoes and broccoli/cauliflower for dinner today after a 6k run with Lena at Hendricks Park (a lot of uphill…and downhill) and an hour weights with the team. In weights we did a circuit of 15 exercises x3 (30sec on, 20sec off). Was a good workout!

Summer feelings

The perfect studying snacks for warm days like this 🙂 watermelon, orange and a blueberry smoothie (frozen blueberries and almond milk).

Yellow lunch!

Made scrambled eggs mixed with broccoli, cauliflower, orange pepper and basil-tomato sauce for lunch and half an avocado + some watermelon (ate it up before I took the picture, was a little too excited about this watermelon hehe). First time I mixed in tomato sauce in my scrambled eggs, but it tasted good!

Morning run in the sun!

Took a 7k run in this perfect summer weather around the river! With a 4.31min/km pace. 🙂

Lunch in the sun!

Made a kale- and watermelon- salad today for lunch! The ingredients for the salad: spinach, kale, orange pepper, avocado, carrot, watermelon, boiled egg, cocktail tomatoes, roasted pine-nuts and I mixed it all in a little black pepper and balsamic vinegar!

Blueberry smoothie!

Made a blueberry smoothie today made of banana, almond milk and frozen blueberries. Tasted really good!
