Took a 7k run this morning in the nice weather, it was tough for my lazy legs from this long work week but felt really good! After that I did the 8 minutes abs workout from youtube.com. And now I’m soon off for a leg workout at the gym! Miss working out so much when I’m working! (don’t have the same energy and motivation then).
