The weeks challange!

Was gonna join the weeks challenge from Ida warg‘s blog! The challenge is to do her upper body circuit three times this week. I will do my first one later today!

The circuit is:

15 kettle-bell swings

10 push ups

15 standing row

20 mountain climbers

10 bicep/shoulder/tricep exercise

20 russian twist w/ kettle-bell

rest one minute

X5
