Last day of work for the week! Made myself a oatmeal breakfast, with peanutbutter, zucchini, nuts and seeds, but as usual I wasn’t full after that (or I was bored) so ate a bowl if yoghurt/quark with berries and nuts as well! Now I’m too full hehe and going to the tennis club to play an hour tennis and then do my Oregon weight program after. The weather is just as nice today! 30 degrees Celsius everyday this week! Not complaining! I’m also posting a picture of the fitness noodles I wrote about it a earlier post, since some people was wondering what it was. So it’s an Asian noodle with only 8 calories per package! Every package is for two people But I always eat a whole package myself. You can find it at
