Just got home after a good leg workout and felt like making my mums famous homemade granola. I made it gluten free by using gluten free oats instead of normal ones. So easy to make, just mix oats with all kinds of nuts and seeds that you like and then pour some coconut oil or olive oil and some water on top (sometimes I also add some honey and/or cinnamon) and then in the oven for about 20 minutes on 175 celsius!
