Homemade gluten-free bread

Made some quick and easy gluten-free bread this morning, smells so good with warm fresh bread from the oven! It only took maybe 5 minutes to prepare and then 20 minutes in the oven, quick and easy!

Here is the recipe:

3 dl Almond flour

4 msk Flax-seeds

3 msk Psyllium seed husks

4 msk pumpkin-seeds

2 tsk baking powder

4 eggs

2 dl quark light (kesella)

3 msk coconut oil

a little salt

Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the rest. Let stand for 5 minutes before putting them like round buns on baking paper on a baking tray. Let stay in the oven on 200 Celsius in 20 minutes!

This recipe was enough for 9 small/medium buns.
