Found a new free app on app store called Jefit. It’s an app you can use when you’re at the gym lifting weights! The app have a bunch of different exercise, tips, and help functions for a good workout. You can keep track of your results and how heavy you lift and compare to other days as well as get good ideas for new exercises (that’s mostly what I will use it for). Super easy to just choose the part of you’re body you want to train, for example “biceps” and then it list a long list of different biceps exercises!
