I walked to the grocery store here and bought me a shrimp salad at the salad bar, which was really fresh! Walked back home and had it for lunch! Added some cottage cheese and half an avocado from home instead of buying it at the salads bar since that’s pretty heavy and therefore more expensive to buy from the bar. In the salad I had shrimp, lettuce, carrots, edameme beans, kidney beans, mango (lots of mango!!), kiwi, corn, cocktail tomatoes, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, and the avocado and cottage cheese that I added from home.
