high protein bread!

Started the day with baking some bread today, high protein, low carb, and gluten free bread! Can’t be much better! I found the recipe on http://fitnesschloe.myshowroom.se/. It was quick and easy to make and tasted really good! I ate it with some sliced turkey, cottage cheese, and avocado on top!

Here is the recipe:


5 egg-whites

1 dl Pofiber

2 tbs psylliumhusk

1 scoop (30g) natural or vanilla protein powder

1 tbs baking powder

1/2 chopped onion

1 chopped tomato


Put the oven on 160-170 C. Prepare a loaf-pan with baking paper. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Wisk 4 egg whites until they are “fixed”. Add the dry ingredients and the chopped tomato and onion into the egg whites and mix light with a spoon. End with adding the last egg-white raw and mix light with the spoon again. Spread and pour it out in the loaf-pan and place in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Then eat it with for example, cottage cheese, ham, turkey, veggies, etc..
