What I enjoy the most about my days (weeks) off is my morning time. As most of you all know I’m a morning person, so I woke up around 6am and my mum was about to go out for a morning walk so we walked for half an hour together in the fresh morning air. Got back inside and prepared my oatmeal breakfast. Zucchini oatmeal with peanut butter and protein powder (peanut butter flavor of course) and fresh raspberries! Then just relaxing in front of my laptop and taking a cup of cinnamon coffee with soy milk! I enjoy having my lone time. I think I will go out for a run soon because the sun is shining!
To make the cinnamon coffee, just prepare your coffee as normal and then add just a little little bit cinnamon in the powder before you start the coffee machine. Add soy milk if you’d like after.
