Back workout!

Got a really good back workout in this morning and thought I should publish it here since it has been a looong time since I posted a blog post of a workout here…

So this is what I did today:

  • Wide lat pulldown (front) 5 sets
  • DB Flies 5 sets
  • Cable row 5 sets
  • Back extension on ball 5 sets
  • Wide lat pulldown (behind) 5 sets
  • Narrow lat pulldown (front) 5 sets
  • One-arm DB rows 5 sets each side

Now time for a big lunch 😊
