Chicken with Mango and Almond-butter

Tried a new recipe last night. A chicken-dish I served with brown rice. It was really easy and not that many ingredients.
For 4 people:
2 big chicken fillets
4 dl coconut milk
2 dl almond-butter
225g mango
1 chili chopped
1 onion
A little salt

Start with getting the rice ready since it has to boil for a while. Then chop the onion and but in a heated pan. Chop the chicken and add to the onion until getting a white color. Then add chopped mango (works with frozen as well) and then add the rest of the ingredients and let boil for 20 minutes. Make sure to stir pretty often so that the almond-butter dissolves in the sauce. When it’s done serve it with the rice and add a little parsley on top if you’d like!

Easy, quick and creamy!
