Breakfast tips

I woke up extremely hungry so made this smoothie bowl with lots of toppings. First I mixed Greek yoghurt, cashew milk, maca powder, cacao nibs, Fitnessguru’s OneWhey kiwi yoghurt protein powder and frozen raspberries in a mixer until smooth. Then I poured it in a bowl and mixed it with some cottage cheese and then added all the toppings: flax seeds, hemp seeds, gojiberries, fresh blackberries, kiwi, and after I took the picture I added: walnuts, roasted sunflower seeds and almonds and some of Walden Farms chocolate syrup and cinnamon. The mix of chocolate, raspberry and kiwi flavor is hard to beat!
