Homemade Granola

As a follow-up on the homemade crispbread I made yesterday I made a delicious homemade müsli today. It is almost the same ingredients actually and it is just as simple! I usually just put in a little what I have at home so you can exclude or include whatever nuts, seeds, or dried fruit that you want.

This is what I use:

6 dl gluten-free oats

1 dl almonds (chopped)

1 dl cashews (chopped)

1 dl walnuts (chopped)

1 dl sesame seeds

2 dl sunflower seeds

1 dl flax seeds

1 dl coconut flakes

3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

5 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons hot water

some cinnamon

->I start with mixing all the dry ingredients and then add the coconut oil, honey, and water and mix it until it’s all a little wet (not too wet!). Then I pour it on a baking paper and pour some more honey and cinnamon on top before I put it in the oven for about 30 minutes on 175 degrees Celsius. The time might vary a lot though depending on your oven so keep an eye on it and stir like every 5 minutes. When you take it out, let it cool down and then add to your yoghurt, smoothie, oatmeal, or just eat as it is! It’s dangerously good!

I just want to eat it all right away! (The big pieces are the best hehe)
