Chocolate zoats!

Tried a new breakfast today! Chocolate zoats, which is oatmeal with cacao and shredded zucchini. This is what you need:
1.5-2 dl gluten free oats
3-4 dl water
1/2 shredded zucchini
1tbs psyllium husk
2-3tbs raw cacao
(If you want add 1-2 egg whites at the end for extra protein)
-> mix oats, water and zucchini in a pot and cook until it’s creamy. Then add the psyllium husk and cacao and stir until everything is smooth. Then take the pot off the stove (this is when you would add the egg whites and stir quickly). Then I added a ton off toppings: cottage cheese, roasted sunflower seeds, fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Some cashews and soy milk!
