Asian FitnessNoodles

Today I made a different kind of wok with pesto sauce for dinner. It can never go wrong with pesto sauce! I just put these vegetables (chopped) in a heated pan with some Organic coconut oil: peppers, broccoli, carrots, squash, onion, kidney beans and garlic. Then I put some sesame oil, and roasted sesame seeds on top and mixed it with Fitness Noodles (low carb asian noodles with almost no calories) and let it stay in the pan a few more minutes before I serve it and add a spoon of pesto sauce. This is one of the easiest and quickest healthy dishes I know. So if you are short on time just mix this all together. You can also add soy sauce in the pan instead of the pesto at the end to get a more “normal wok taste”. Good Luck 🙂
