Vanilla-Protein Granola!

Found this granola recipe on Tasty-Healths blog and I just had to try it, since I’m probably one of the biggest granola/muesli fans on earth! It turned out very well with a lot of big crunchy bites exactly like I love it! This is what you need:
3 dl gluten free oats
1 scoop Fitnessguru OneWhey Vanilla White Chocolate
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
10 g roasted coconut flakes
20 g chopped almonds
20 g chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract/powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened apple pure
-> put your oven on 175 degrees Celsius and put baking paper on a baking tray. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl before adding the wet ingredients to the dry. I added a little little extra water to get it extra crunchy! Put the mix on the baking tray and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes and then stir before you bake them for 5 more minutes until a light brown color. Then take it out and let it cool down before you eat it just as it is or on top of yoghurt, oatmeal, or smoothies.
