Homemade chocolate protein bars

Made some gluten free protein bars today that turned out really well. I got the recipe from the blog Tasty-Health (same blog I got the granola recipe I made a few days ago, it’s just an awesome inspiring blog when it comes to healthy recipes!) This is what you need for the protein bars:
4 dl gluten free oats
2 dl Fitnessguru OneWhey milk chocolate protein powder
1/2 dl chopped almonds
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1-3 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 dl unsweetened apple pure (or a little water + 2 tablespoons peanut butter)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 dl almond or peanut butter
1/2 dl milk (I used almond milk)
-> Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and then mix the wet ingredients with the dry. When the dough is well mixed, put it on a baking tray with baking paper and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours. After that you can cut them in pieces and they will last in the freezer for about 1 month! The perfect post-workout snack!
