Just did a biceps & triceps workout and I can tell that I’m getting stronger. Gaining weight in muscles! I did only supersets to make the workout more effective, and it works out really well when I do two different muscle groups! So if you want a quicker or more burn during your workout, a good tips is to do supersets! Here are the exercises I did today:
- DB Alternating Hammer curls superset with DB kickbacks
- DB Alternating Biceps curls superset with DB Tricep push over head (don’t know the correct name for this one)
- Cable Biceps curls superset with Cable rope push out
- DB Biceps curls superset with Cable Triceps push down
I did all exercises 4-5 sets and ended with a good full body stretch, which was well needed!
