Post workout snack

Really wanted to go out for a run today since the weather is so nice! It’s really Spring weather here in Eugene this week, I love it! But I am still not allowed to run yet in a few weeks (hopefully I will be able to soon) so I did a quick back workout at the gym instead. My favorite muscle group! And after I had the freshly baked buns I made (posted the recipe this morning) with sliced turkey, cottage cheese and avocado on top and some carrots on the side. The perfect post workout snack with a good mix of carbs, protein, and healthy fats!
