Chocolate Protein Muffins

Made some totally gluten free and sugar free protein chocolate muffins this morning and they turned out really well! I got this recipe from Angelikas blog and I just changed the recipe slightly to set my personal touch on it! This is what you need for 7 medium-sized muffins:
2 rape bananas
1 egg
1 scoop Fitnessguru OneWhey Milk chocolate protein powder
1.5 dl gluten free oats
1.5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
3 tablespoons raw cacao
1.5 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
A tiny bit salt
And also I added some pieces of sugar free chocolate
-> Turn the oven on 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Mix the bananas with a stick blender until smooth. Add the egg, oats, and protein powder and stir. Then add the coconut oil together with the rest of the ingredients. Pour in muffin cups and put 1-2 small pieces of chocolate in each cup and then put in the oven for 10-15 minutes (I had mine in for 12 minutes and it turned out perfect, not too dry and still a little soft!)
