Raw bliss balls

Just made these simple raw food bliss balls with only 4 ingredients! I had a bunch of dates that I needed to do something with and I actually came up with this recipe myself, even though I know there are many similar recipes for bliss balls out there. These are super healthy and the best way to stop your candy/sweets cravings! They are all natural, gluten free, sugar free and high in protein and it literally only takes 5 minutes to make them! For about 6 medium sized balls you need:

12 soft raw dates

1 tablespoon raw cacao

1/2 scoop of Fitnessguru vanilla white chocolate protein powder

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

->Mix all the ingredients with a stick blender, roll into balls and then roll the balls in topping of choice (I used sesame seeds for half of them and hemp seeds for the other half). Put them in the fridge for about 15 minutes and then they’re ready to eat (they taste delicious if you eat them before having them in the fridge as well… I know haha).
