Here is another protein smoothie favorite I just tried and it tasted like summer! I just love raspberries and trying to find out so many different recipes as possible to use it in. Raspberries are also very nutritious in many ways. For example, raspberries are rich in fiber and antioxidants and support heart health with very few calories (about 50 calories/cup).
The few ingredients I used were:
- 2dl almond milk
- 1.5 dl frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- A little acai powder
- 1 scoop Fitnessguru Vanilla White Chocolate protein powder
- Walden farms blueberry syrup (for topping)
-> just mix it all in a mixer and pour the blueberry syrup on top and enjoy!
