For yesterday’s dinner I made a wok of chicken, carrots, sugar peas, red onion, garlic, red pepper, broccoli and black beans topped with soy sauce(gluten free), paprika powder, chili powder, black pepper and some freshly pressed lemon. Served with rice.
-> Put the rice to boil (follow the instructions on your rice package). Then just chop all the vegatables and the chicken. Fry the chicken until all white, add the vegetables and let fry on medium-high/high heat for about 5-7 minutes. Add the spices, soy sauce & lemon and leave in the pan for another 3-5 minutes. Serve with the rice. Easy, quick & healthy!
