I’m so happy with how this Vanilla Oat Buns recipe turned out! It is by far the best (and easiest!) bread I’ve made so far! Today I ate it with sliced turkey, cottage cheese and sliced avocado. Yesterday I ate it with a sample of sunflower spread from Fitsnack, cottage cheese and sliced banana. Two winning concepts when it comes to bread toppings! It’s so good(and I usually don’t even like bread 🙈), only a few ingredients, and it only takes about 20 minutes total to make!
I’m curious how it might taste if I use a different flavor on the protein powder (this time I used vanilla).
