The hotel here has the smallest gym I’ve seen. It’s a small room with only one treadmill and one bike so for me wanting to do weights I had to be creative…
I warmed up with 15 minutes on the bike and then I did a fullbody circuit I wrote up on my phone:
- 60 seconds wall sit
- 5 close push ups
- 60 seconds plank (alternating moving feet to side)
- 15 scap push ups
- 20 air squats
- 20 V-ups
- 10 hamstring bridges single leg (each leg)
- 16 walking plank
I did this round x3 with about 30 seconds rest in between each round!
