Fullbody circuit

The hotel here has the smallest gym I’ve seen. It’s a small room with only one treadmill and one bike so for me wanting to do weights I had to be creative…

I warmed up with 15 minutes on the bike and then I did a fullbody circuit I wrote up on my phone:

  • 60 seconds wall sit
  • 5 close push ups
  • 60 seconds plank (alternating moving feet to side)
  • 15 scap push ups
  • 20 air squats
  • 20 V-ups
  • 10 hamstring bridges single leg (each leg) 
  • 16 walking plank

I did this round x3 with about 30 seconds rest in between each round!
