Chia-Pudding 

Felt like trying something new for breakfast today so I prepared a chia-pudding last night and finished it up with some delicious toppings this morning. I ate it with two boiled eggs and a coffee with almond milk on the side. The few ingredients you need are: 

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (I used Fitnessguru’s Kiwi/Yoghurt) 

-> the night before: pour the milk, chia seeds & the cinnamon in a jar. Stir well and put a lid on and put in the fridge over night. In the morning: take out the pudding and add the protein powder, stir well and pour over to a bowl. Add any toppings that you want. Today I had cottage cheese, mixed berries, kiwi, seeds, and 2 of my homemade chocolate balls (the best topping!!) broken in pieces. I could probably eat 5 of these bowls, so delicious!!
