Blueberry Smoothie 

My post-workout snack yesterday was this simple & healthy smoothie and some of the crisp bread I made a few days ago. These are the ingredients I mixed together for the smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 dl almond milk
  • 1.5 dl frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder
