Made a delicious breakfast today! Zoats (oats mixed with shredded zucchini) with Fitnessguru Vanilla White Chocolate protein powder. This is what you need:
- 2 dl gluten free oats
- 1/2 shredded zucchini
- 3 dl water
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husk
- 1 scoop Fitnessguru Vanilla White Chocolate protein powder
- Toppings of your choice!
->Put everything except the protein powder in a pot and bring to boil. Lower to low-medium heat and stir frequently. When it is as creamy as you want it, take it off the stove and add the protein powder and stir well! Then pour over to a bowl and add all your favorite toppings!
My toppings today included everything from mulberries, gojiberries, roasted sunflower seeds &cashews, mixed berries, chopped kiwi to natural fage and cottage cheese! Heavenly!
