Protein Pancake Mix

This is the perfect pancake mix from Fitnessguru if you don’t have a lot of time or if you just want to make something healthy and tasty to eat really quick! 

The best thing is that you can vary it a lot! You can mix in different stevia drops, walden farms syrups, spices or protein powder to give it different twists each time! 

This time I just followed the instructions on the package of the pancake mix. I bought portion packages so I don’t even have to measure, I just pour the whole package down with 1/2 dl almond milk in a shaker and shake! Here you can add flavors/powders if you want. Then just fry it in coconut oil in a heated pan. One package ends up being two medium sized pancakes. 

Today I just used fresh blueberries and walden farms blueberry syrup as topping. Fresh and healthy!
